VecLoader
Quality Industrial Vacuums by Vector Technologies

VecLoaders are extremely powerful and compact vacuum systems, incorporating innovative technology to solve a wide range of industrial vacuuming and conveyance needs. They move coal, ash, dirt, blast media, sand, stone, water, slurry and other flowable bulk materials utilizing either four, five, or six inch diameter hose or multiple smaller diameter hoses. Modular in design, VecLoaders can be easily matched to a broad assortment of customer specified cyclone separators, filter-receivers, collections systems, classifiers, self-dumping hoppers, and intermediate collection devices. Specifications subject to change without notice so that improvements are made as quickly as possible.
The VecLoader Vacuum concept represents a unique approach to high performance industrial vacuuming. VecLoaders do not have to be removed for emptying. Therefore, they can stay on the job full time without the shoveling, hoisting, dumping, and other multiple handling steps required with a vacuum truck or other vacuum systems. Regardless of configuration, each VecLoader model is completely self-contained so it can vacuum and directly discharges wet or dry materials into a dump truck, dumpster, hopper, or other collection device. The VecLoader design can also be utilized to return spilled material directly onto conveyers or into varied processing systems. Additionally, several VecLoader models feature power equivalent to vacuum trucks at a significantly lower cost and with a far smaller footprint.

Cyclonic Baghouses/Collector Devices
Vector offers a wide range of high efficiency cyclones, separators, cyclonic baghouses, drum fillers, self-dumping hoppers, and other specialized intermediate separators. Many are available in trailer mounted or skid mounted configurations. All of these intermediate systems provide excellent separation. If used for vacuuming dry bulk materials, each will generally capture most if not all “heavy” materials. Vector Intermediate Separators and Stand-Alone Baghouses are often utilized as components of central vacuum systems for in-plant use or in conjunction with vacuum trucks.

BH Series Cyclonic Baghouses/Collector Devices are configured in modular format for matching to Vector Technologies PM Series Power Modules or alternative vacuum sources to meet specific filtration and unload requirements. Units are set on legs at customer designated heights and feature tangential inlets, deflector plates, removable wear plates, pulsed-cleaned Teflon coated filters, and magnehelic gauges for filter monitoring.
BH Series Cyclonic Baghouses/Collector Devices are available in 44", 54", 72", 92", and 108". Sizing will be determined by the vacuum airflow and product specific requirements.
The standard baghouse configuration features a gravity dump door. The dump door opens for unloading upon vacuum break, controlled by timers either on the vacuum source or on the baghouse. Special unloader valves for continuous vacuuming, including rotary valves, double dump or posi-seal valves, are additionally offered.
Other available options include vacuum break timers, stainless steel cylinders and cones, explosion venting, special unloader valves, high temperature packages, hydraulically raised legs, sloped cones, air cannons, augers or other discharge enhancements, and special coatings for corrosive materials.
Vector Self-Dumping Hoppers and Drum Fillers
Vector offers a wide range of high efficiency cyclones, separators, drum fillers, self-dumping hoppers and other specialized intermediate separators. All of these intermediate systems provide excellent separation, and if used for vacuuming dry bulk materials, each will capture the majority of all “heavy” materials. Drum fillers provide the ability to vacuum directly into 55-gallon drums for added convenience. Often used for specialized clean up of products that you do not want to enter the vacuum, including sludge and similar gummy or noxious materials. Drum fillers are often used when it is difficult to change drums at the vacuum source due to space considerations. They are available in several configurations including with or without stands, replaceable wear sections, or bin monitor sensors.
Self-dumping one, two, or four yd hoppers provide additional storage or for clean up of bulk products that the user does not want entering the vacuum. The self-dumping feature provides ease of handling for discharging into dump trucks, lugger boxes, and other collection or transport devices.
